Before and after: the empty chair problem

It's 9 AM, the phone hasn't stopped ringing, and nobody had time to remind Maria about her 10:30 cleaning. The chair stays empty: paid clinician time, unused, and a slot another patient could have had.

Now the same clinic with OtoClinic. The evening before, Maria receives an automatic reminder and replies "1" to confirm. Nobody at reception had to call.

No new system for the team and no extra staff. Just a reminder that goes out on its own, at the right time, for every appointment.
